Today was a darn funny day. I haven't laughed so much in a long time.

Let me ask you:
WHAT IS THE DEFINITION OF 'NIAO'?
Not as in the animal. More like the meaning that is used more often in today's society, mostly by teenagers.

Well, according to Professor Keely Wee Shi Kai (she hates to be called this):
Keely: Niao arh. Niao means like...erm...you let me think first hor. I need time to think.

*2 minutes later*
Tiffany: The sun is setting...
Liang Yu: The sun rose again...
Benjamin: AIYOH YOU PENTIUM ONE ISSIT.

*5 minutes later*
Keely: I KNOW. I HAVE AN ANSWER!
Us: SHHHHHH everybody listen to Keely. *huddles closer*
Keely: So right, niao hor, means like, you niao people lor.
Us: !!

Just for your information, Keely Wee Shi Kai isn't really a professor. She's a pentium one-leaning towards no pentium at all student. I hope she isn't usually this slow.

For instance:
Benjamin: *something which i can't rememberblahblahblah* DIARY.
Keely: Huh? What diary?
Tiffany: DIARY! RI4 JI4!
Keely: HUH? OHOHOHOHOH.

Okay I shall stop niao-ing her. By the way, she DID come up with a reasonable explanation of 'niao' in the end. Although I'm not too sure whether it's accurate or not.

Benjamin the 'himbo' (as justin puts it) never failed to prove that he says weird things all the time. EXTRAORDINARY. Remember the last time when he asked these girls if he could buy their table at macs? Well, this time its slightly worse. We were back at ngee ann when:

Aaron: Ai. Let's go see the toilet. See if it changed or not.
Benjamin: Okay.
*enter the toilet with Justin*
Aaron: Is it just me, or have the urinals been moved LOWER.
Benjamin: Yea lor. LIDDAT HOW TO PEE? *tries to bend down and fakes peeing*
Justin: HAWHAWHAWHAW.
Benjamin: NO SERIOUSLY! IT'S NOT POSSIBLE!

*two small little boys walk in happily, i assume that they're about primary one or two students*

Benjamin: AI! CAN YOU SHOW ME HOW YOU PEE?
Aaron & Justin: !!
Benjamin: Oh dear. That sounded so bad.
Aaron & Justin: LOLOLOLOLOLOL.

These are only a few occasions when I laughed TOO MUCH. I distinctly remember not being able to eat my noodles properly during lunch for my hands were shaking like I had Parkinsons. And I couldn't eat my cookies properly either all thanks to Keely and Benjamin.

We also took neoprints (which I didn't exactly want to) in the PINK shop. And we bumped into taxy and momo and xueling, who gave a blank look when introduced to Benjamin. She almost looked like she was stoning. I wonder why. I mean, he wasn't wearing his bug shades what. The shades which make him look like he has BUG EYES. No, REALLY! I also bumped into Jessalyn who lagged for like 2 seconds when I waved at her. Before saying OH HI AARON!

How I wish there could be more days like this.

P.S to Keely: Please become faster hor. MUST UPGRADE!

The two dreaded tests are over. =) AND I'm also quite sure I'll get dreadful results. HEY no fair okay. Apparently we got a different bio paper from 3i and theirs sounded easier (according to Joey: EASY LAH! and Taxy: It's MUCH better than physics) I felt that it was a LITTLE better than physics. And you have no idea how bad physics was.

I have important news to announce. *clears throat* I, Chen Jiajun Aaron, have FINALLY passed my first maths quiz! And not just quiz, its QUIZZES! I passed two of them. ^_^ Fine. Just go ahead and laugh and tell me that I failed my tests (all of them) ANYWAY.

And we got back our mep tests too. And overall today was a 'good results' day. By my standards, anyway. A 'bad results' day would be that time that I failed both chinese and maths terribly on the same day. And ended up feeling REALLY lousy.

Taxy was insulted quite badly today by Joey during LA. We were watching a video about Shakespeare's Life:

Taxy: *points to screen showing a woman in a carriage waving to the crowd* That's ME. HI EVERYONE! *waves*
Joey: That's YOU? Really? The dog next to the woman?
Taxy: *melts*
Aaron: WAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

And then later when the film was over and we were dismissed:

Taxy: Aaron! Don't you find joey very irritating?
Joey: Aaron! Don't you find taxy very FAT? *after attempting to squeeze past taxy, who was blocking the way*
Taxy: It's okay. I'm used to it. My class guys call me FAT and BALDING.

Oh dear. That suddenly sounds like someone. Some certain person who just happened to set this time's physics test. HEMHEM WHAT DID I SAY? I DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING.

Tomorrow is teachers' day celebrations. Watch out for me making a fool of myself on stage tomorrow! (only for upper sec students, sorry) You might not see me though. I am at the back row. And quite hidden, I think. And I hope.

Anyone out there, if you went to the Carnival@Marina PROPERLY, (meaning you didn't escape asap without viewing anything) Please tell me anything about it. I have to write a REFLECTION for Miss Lin. I don't know why. All I can remember from it is trudging an extremely long distance to the MRT station. And feeling hot and oily and sweaty.

And to the mother and child featured in the first question of today's wonderful physics test, PLEASE do not play hide and seek in places where you have mirrors around you. Firstly, why would you want to do that? It would only confuse you even more. And also, hide and seek is quite a waste of time. The mother should go and prepare dinner and the child should go and study physics about reflection and refraction.

I am struggling to keep myself awake.

Today was a same old boring school day. And I'm really beginning to wonder what will happen to me over the weekend. I have a CSP (My FAVOURITE subject okay. Don't you just love chinese history too?) reflection to do, three tests to study for, an MEP portfolio (MS LIN: THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE CONSISTENT WORK!) and bits and pieces everywhere. And all the bits and pieces combine to form a very large bit or piece. Then it can't be called a bit anymore.

And to top it all off, one of the tests next week is Physics and I'm thinking of how to study for it when you only have one lousy over-priced textbook with not much useful information in it which can help you scrape past the passing mark. Oh yes, didn't I tell you? That has become my new target for ALL tests. While I used to aim for 'A's in lower sec, now its AIM FOR 'C'S.

I have yet to find out the answer to the question tjf shot at me the other time. I have a mental image of me standing up and keeping mum because I obviously do not have an answer at all. In fact, I think that from now on teachers should answer their own questions because that will save them the trouble from nagging at students who don't know how to answer their questions. And it also saves quite a lot of time. Because whenever a person is called to answer a question, he/she will:

1) remain seated with a "WHAT?ME?" expression on his/her face (probably 5 seconds or so)
2) And then he/she will then stand up VERY slowly and reluctantly (let's say, 3 seconds)
3) And then he/she will stare at the teacher for about 2 seconds
4) which will prompt the teacher to repeat the question (depends on the length of the question. Maybe 5-10 seconds?)
5) And then the student will then stare blankly into space again (2 seconds)
6) before consulting the person sitting beside him/her in undertones (5 seconds)
7) And finally look back up to the teacher, with or without an answer. (2 seconds)

Now lets total it up shall we? *sets my wonderful mathematical prowess into gear* We have a grand total of almost 30 seconds! And that is even BEFORE the student gives an answer.

The above calculation is for the average student body, aka the lazy ass slacker sleepy kind. Definitely not for the smarty-pants kind who actually KNOW the answer but choose not to say it and lets the teacher prey on poor people who DON'T know it (ME!ME!ME!) and then snigger with a smug grin on their faces while that poor soul struggles.

Elizabeth, if you're reading this, WISH ME LUCK because we both know the nice treatment you get from tjf when you, unfortunately, are not exceptionally good in Chemistry.

Now, let's take a look at a VERY unique piece of art which was created today during Chinese lecture.

Or at least taxy thinks so. It was drawn by HER.

Oops. It's rotting here.

SORRY!

Actually, I'm supposed to be doing theory and the geog worksheet. WHICH I WILL AFTER THIS OKAY. And I'm also supposed to do my MEP portfolio. Which is due next tuesday. And I'm scared because there are THREE tests next week. Which means if I go back to ngee ann next week because of teachers' day, this will happen:

Benjamin: OEI go out with us leh.
Aaron: But... but... but...
Benjamin: NO BUTS! YOU MUST COME WITH US!
Aaron: But... I have...
Benjamin: I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU HAVE! YOU'RE COMING WITH US!
Aaron: butihaveageogtestonfridayandihavetoprepareforitorelseiwillFAIL.
Benjamin: O_O
Aaron: ^_^

Teachers should NOT pile tests on the last week of the term. It's like a end-of-term punishment for being such horrible students. Which we MIGHT deserve, but you can't do that to us!

I have a very bad feeling about the tests next week. Now, if i were taxy, I would now say something like, "I'VE GOTTA GO MUG NOW! LIKE NOW! AND THE EOYS ARE COMING AHHHHHH I HAVE TO START REVISING!!"

But I am a lazy ass and although I know I should start doing something, I probably won't. It's sad because then my grades will be like in the mud and then I will sob and feel stupid. I think that if I cry every time i fail a test, the school, or at least the class, will be flooded. And then we'll have underwater lessons and everybody will be in scuba-diving gear and we won't have to take notes because it's impossible to write underwater!

I seem to be becoming a target of tjf's questions. Today I was asked about something which I absolutely had no idea about and since I was unable to give her an answer she said I'll have to tell her on friday. I'm screwed! HOHO.

I'm starting to sneeze. Hold on. Okay I'm done.

Today something funny happened.

Class: *copying physics notes frantically*
Mrs Har: *thinks: I SHALL BE EVIL AND I WILL SCROLL IT DOWN AHAHAHAHA!* *scrolls down to next page*
Class: O_O
Linette: O_O mmmmhmmmarhaoaskjdoawinoufeponkioain! *basically a sort of whine which is impossible to put in words*
Mrs Har: *looks at Linette, probably thinking: WHAT WAS THAT?"
Linette: ^_^
Aaron: *snigger*

I AM GOING TO DO HOMEWORK! WHEE! I AM A NERD OKAY.

I've received feedback from several people that they find my post on the ap oven knob amusing. Unfortunately, I don't currently have any other attitudal household appliances clearly against me to blog about.

I find it amazing how people very different responses to the same thing. For instance:

♪ dhStrings [bowboworwhateveryoucallit] says:I'M MR LONELY
♪ dhStrings [bowboworwhateveryoucallit] says:I HAVE NOBODY
♪ dhStrings [bowboworwhateveryoucallit] says:TO CALL MY OWN

♪ dhStrings [bowboworwhateveryoucallit] says:to call my own
♪ dhStrings [bowboworwhateveryoucallit] says:

I prefer the second response. Even though it doesn't make sense at all. Somehow I am beginning to dislike the face "-_-". Firstly, it looks hostile. And, not to mention AP. Secondly, if your eyes are slits, then you're sad. Thirdly, don't you think it looks a little dumb? So people! Stop using this face! How about some other alternatives?

^_^ (this looks quite dumb too, but at least its not unfriendly!)
o_O OR o.O (the only difference is that the first has a line for a mouth and the second has a dot for a nose)

Aww. How cute. But still a little retarded.

I just let my mum sign my horrible Chem test paper which i failed. She asked why I didn't let her sign the chinese test and the maths test, both of which I told her I failed 'very very very badly', but took special care into not disclosing the actual mark. I realize that sooner or later I have to hand them over to get autographed, but not tonight. Having to sign three failures in a row could get too much. I suspect that if Mum knows the actual numbers with which I failed with, she'll flip out and I'll feel really terrible for being so stupid.

I can't recall the last time I handed a test paper over proudly because I'd done well. I can't remember the last time Mum told me 'well done, keep it up' when I let her sign a test paper. Probably last year. I haven't done well in any of the tests this year. Except one. And it wasn't THAT great. It's hard to keep track of how many tests I've been failing since the start of the year. I bet by the end of this year, I won't be able to count them using my fingers alone. I'll probably have to use my toes too.

I have many tests coming up and I simply can't afford to fail them. First there's MEP next week, which if I fail, I will break down, cry and probably do something foolish because if I really flunk it, then everything else is WORSE because mep has always been my best subject. I think I'll go hysterical if that happens. I'll be proclaimed mentally ill. Very well, anyway. My brain doesn't seem to be of much use.

I'm supposed to be doing creative writing right now but I don't have any inspiration at all. Every trace of creativity in my mind (which is very little, trust me) has vanished. It probably diffused out of my brain and then out of my skull because the air isn't creative at all. And we all know that diffusion occurs down a concentration gradient. So no matter how uncreative I am, I will probably still be more creative than the surrounding air. And thus, the traces of creativity will diffuse from a region of higher concentration to a region of lower concentration. That probably explains it. Feel free to correct me if you feel that air is creative.

Ms Loh, my bio teacher, would be devastated if she were to read that whole paragraph.

I'll try to find some inspiration. And also, I have theory to complete. That requires a certain degree of inspiration too. And I am seriously LACKING it. If anybody out there would like to donate their creativity or inspiration to me, please feel free to do so. I really won't mind. But that is highly impossible and if you would like to do a brain swap, by all means do so. However I don't think I'll be as cruel as to let you live the rest of your life with the squishy mess which is probably quite small in size which I call MY brain.

I need to do something to my grades. They're falling at a rate which is faster than the rate at which taxy breaks chemical apparatus. And that is bad, let me tell you.

Let me be smart for once, somebody. Even though I bet I don't deserve it.

Sorry for the lack of updates lately. Back to school blues struck. I'm feeling a little better because tomorrow's mid-week Wednesday.

Today after chemistry practical, we were walking back to class when we noticed something crawling along the window ledge of the physics lab window.

Somebody: AI LOOK AT THAT WORM!
Everyone: (not many, we were among the last to leave) *peers closely* OH MY ITS SO FURRY!
Daniel: SO CUTE!!!
Aaron: *is disgusted yet amazed at the same time*
Jiexin: *thinks: i shall disturb it with my paper!* *folds a piece of paper and tries to get the worm on it*
Jamie: OII! WAIT IT FALL THEN YOU KNOW. LET ME DO IT LAH. *snatches paper from Jiexin's hand*
Jamie: *tries and tries and tries* *finally corners the worm*
Worm: *crawls reluctantly onto the paper knowing that there's no other way out*
Jamie: *withdraws hand, decides to freak out, screams and throws the paper with the worm on it on the ground*
Some people: AHHHHHHH!!!!! HOW CAN YOU DO THAT!!!!!!!!
Jiexin: I shall do it myself. *tries again but fails* THE WORM DOESN'T LIKE MY PAPER. IT THINKS ITS SMELLY.
AnTing: WOW SHE UNDERSTANDS THE WORM!
Jiexin: *finally gets the worm on the paper* AHAHAHAHA! I SHALL SET IT FREE INTO THE WILD! *walks towards the grass patch*
Worm: LIFE IS MEANINGLESS. LET ME GO! *attempts to jump off*
Jiexin: NONOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! DON'T JUMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *goes hysterical* *scurries to the grass patch and lets the worm go*
Worm: You should have just let me die. I think I'll die in this heat instead. *crawls around trying to find shade*
Everyone: *looks at the worm crawling desperately around for shade*
AnTing: *thinks: I WILL TAKE A PHOTO OF IT!* *whips out her handphone and takes many many pictures of the worm and its adventures*

Sound from above: OI WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO DO? SET A FIRE ARH.
Aaron: *looks up and sees mdm sim looking down at us*
Us: *looks back up with confused looks on our faces*
Mdm Sim: WHAT'S THAT YOU'RE HOLDING??? MAGNIFYING GLASS ARH.
AnTing or somebody: NONONONO THERE'S A WORM HERE AND I WAS JUST TAKING PICTURES OF IT.
Mdm Sim: *seems delighted* A worm?? What's so special about this worm? Have you not seen it before? BLAHBLAHBLAHBLAHBLAH.

I walked away because I had to get to MEP. Which was okay, only that Ms Lin had some rather lame riddles for us.

Ms Lin: How many sopranos does it take to change a light-bulb?
Us: erm. ehhhh.
Mei Hui: None? Because all the soprano has to do is to sing and the bulb will break.
Ms Lin: That's an interesting answer. But it can also be TWO, because one will change the light-bulb and the other will say IT'S TOO HIGH FOR YOU!!!

I still don't fully understand that.

Ahah! I just remembered something funny today. And it is the noob hamster in the flower shop where we got flowers for shimei. To be more precise, it is FAKE, looks rather dishevelled and is enclosed in a rather dirty looking plastic globe. And me, being very itchy-fingered, went to prod at it mercilessly.

Me: *prod* *poke*
Hamster: ??
Me: *pokes harder*
Hamster: OHH. So you want me to do my spastic dance!
Me: *stares at the hamster*
Hamster: HEE I AM SO KAWAII LOOK AT ME! *gyrates violently and ends up turning around and around in circles 1 centimetre at a time*
Me: *stares at it blankly and starts guffawing*
Hamster: SEE I AM SO CUTE EVERYBODY WHO SEES MY SPASTIC DANCE WILL LAUGH!
Me: AI PEOPLE COME LOOK AT THIS NOOB HAMSTER.
Hamster: *looks at the crowd forming* AHAHA! I AM SO POPULAR! WHEE!

Okay I kind of put the hamster in a very bimbotic/himbotic light. You see, I don't exactly know its gender because I didn't bother to turn the globe upside down and peer like some pervert. And most probably, it has no gender. Toy makers have better things to do than to determine the gender of their toy hamsters by adding certain external bodily features to it. And by the way, the noob hamster costs a reasonable $19.90! Go grab it.

p.s: I don't dislike hamsters. I just don't really like those which move indecently and shamelessly. The toy form of which is explained above. I've yet to meet a real hamster which moves likewise, though.

I don't feel witty at all right now so don't expect an entertaining post.

That sentence seemed so ap. But I don't know how else to put it. Don't worry, I haven't become an angsty teen over all the national day hype.

Shi Mei's concert was good. Very good. At the same time, it made me feel sad. Sad for myself, of course. However, I tried to be inspired instead of wanting to bang my head against the wall. And I think it worked, a little.
I am determined to practise more! MORE! Sorry if i sound psychotic.

Taxy seemed down during and after the concert. Josiah was crappy as usual, but in a nice way. Sometimes when you don't feel too great about yourself, you should just talk about unnecessary things with somebody crappy and you might just feel better. Okay what rubbish logic is that. Ignore me. I'm very uninspired to blog now.

I'm wondering if I should just not post this because its so horribly dull. But I think I should just go ahead in case any of you think that my blog has gone on one of its rotting sprees again. This website which you are currently at has been advertised/publicised by taxy the fair lady of verona in her blog. I took special care not to write 'fair' as 'fat' as i guess that would simply be mean and cruel. Besides, even if I did, I don't think she'd mind because I've done it many times before and all that's happened is more egoistic outbursts from the fair/fat one. But her ego is the good kind! Don't get me wrong.

So if you're here simply because you clicked on the link on taxy's blog because you were bored and wanted to check out her taste in blogs, welcome and thank you for visiting this relatively ulu blog of mine. I have to confess that the two reasons for not putting a counter here are as follows:

1) It would be embarassing. I doubt it'd go pass a single digit a day.
2) Because I'm a noob and I'm afraid I don't know how to.

And for those who are here because you often come here, (lets say, a generous number of five people) thank you for reading my crappy posts with patience. And thank you for not minding my noobiness when it comes to html and stuff. What exactly is html anyway.

I should stop sounding like I won something at the star awards.

Yesterday was boring other than when we were watching the national day parade on channel 5. Some parts of that were boring, trust me. But the INTERESTING parts were when the combined schools choir appeared in their tacky attention-seeking costumes which reflect light and possibly blind the spectators in the stands. WHY? Besides the obvious purpose of catching people's attention, it doesn't make sense at all if you think about it. When you're singing national songs in tamil and malay and everything else, why would you want to look like some circus entertainer? Debbie and I agreed that the choir at the padang should swap places with the dancers at jurong east. Who were interrupted by some auntie scuttling across the screen. Tsk.

Debbie was desperately looking out for glimpses of her friend during the march past. The unfortunate but hilarious thing was that whenever the camera panned to the navy, it would zoom out and focus on the commandos instead. Which would prompt an anguished scream of protest and fury from the dishevelled Debbie. Who later decided to abandon this seemingly impossible task and asked me to teach her the national day dance.

National Day's over and Singapore has officially turned 40. That's 25-26 years older than me. Okay I don't know why I just said that because it's totally irrelevant. I just remembered that as a child, whenever I heard the story of the separation of Singapore from Malaysia, I'd imagine an earthquake to occur and thus create a fault of some sort right smack in the middle of the two countries and thus we have a separation. I later realized how wrong I was.

Interesting image of the day:

This is a highly written-on page taken out of my student handbook. The penguin that you see is a terrible creation started by miss linette lai. And the sentence in orange at the bottom which doesn't make sense at all is a product of my unclear diction and josiah's poor sense of hearing.

Today's national day celebration was... alright I guess. I've never been the enthusiastic sort when it comes to things like this (hold it. I've never been the enthusiastic sort when it comes to ANYTHING). So the day started with me copying homework in class as usual and blah blah blah. And then we got a fugly tomato/ nice soccer ball! I happened to get the latter, thankfully. Anybody who happened to be roaming about at the back of the school, please do not think that flying tomatoes are the "in-thing" nowadays. The red thing that whizzed past your eyes was just a product of daniel and roy's michief.

We had to make a mask and Linette and I put together this shabby looking mask in like 10 minutes. And that's where the fugly tomatoes and nice soccer balls came into use! They were used to outline the '4' and '0' made by our not so nice masks.

Then there was the concert and I shall fast forward to the dance. Poor Yun Shan looked in danger of being crushed by the tall guys at the back because for some weird reason she got stationed there to demonstrate the dance. And after that Mr Helmi had the misfortune of being dragged into this circle made by the girls of my class by two pairs of paws. Not sure who they belonged to.

And then I had cello lesson. And then I met Denise and Debbie for lunch. And then we went to the new national library which has ap borrower machines that reject your ez link card when you try to insert it.

I had originally taken some interesting pictures of today but I've yet to find a way to move the photos from my phone to the computer. So unfortunately I can't upload them here for your entertainment. I feel so nooby.

PLAYING ON THE CELLO : 12:31 AM

Saturday, August 06, 2005

I have discovered something. If somebody of higher authority (lets say your elder siblings or your parents, NOT your teachers or you will risk being expelled) reprimands you in any way, the best way to retort is to be irritatingly calm and unaffected.

First, here are a few things which most of us make the grave mistake of doing.

1) Curse that particular person under your breath.
2) Retort LOUDLY. So what if that person is older than you?
3) Start slamming things around to vent your anger.
4) Bottle your anger up inside you and after years and years you might just explode.
5) Complain repeatedly to somebody else.

Now, the above-mentioned 5 steps of response don't often help. Responses #2 and #3 probably result in more scolding from the individual of higher authority. #1 and #4 result in you being more unhappy. And #5 just makes you and the person receiving your complaints unhappy.

So what exactly do you do?

1) Put on an irritating smile on your face.

Example:

Mum: YOU! I'VE YET TO SCOLD YOU! I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY STUDENT WHO CARRIES A BAG AS HEAVY AS YOURS!
Me: *beams*

2) Respond logically and in a wonderfully calm manner.

Me: But that's because those people leave their books and everything else in school! They don't study! *no harm in adding a little white lie here*

3) Answer rhetorical questions as if they were meant to be answered. This is especially irritating.

Mum: DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH YOUR FILE ALONE WEIGHS? HUH?
Me: *puts on thoughtful expression* Hmmm...I don't know. My estimation is pretty bad.

4) Dismiss any exaggeration made by the opposite party. But of course, in a calm and civilized manner. You might want to keep the irritating smile on your face.

Mum: YOU DON'T KNOW? LET ME TELL YOU. ONE TONNE!
Me: That's quite unlikely. Because one tonne is actually one-twentieth of the weight that very unfortunately crushed Bertrand Lee. I don't think twenty of my files would be able to do that. (no disrespect meant here, just a harmless comparison)

5) Repeat step one if necessary.

Mum: YOU KNOW WHY YOUR FILE IS SO HEAVY? THAT'S BECAUSE YOU NEVER TAKE ANYTHING OUT!
Me: *beams*

6) Obey the opposite party when your mission has been accomplished.

Mum: Get out.
Me: *walks out as if nothing happened, (beaming here is optional as the opposite party is no longer in action)

Follow these six steps and you will probably be a much happier person. And nobody will need to listen to you rant on about your unhappiness. As for the opposite party... it depends on the nature of the person. They might also pretend that nothing happened, or they might accuse you of being disrespectful and talking back.

P.S. The above examples occured on the 6th of august, around 7 pm. My mum decided to pretend that nothing happened. See? Everyone's happy. =)

Zhou: *stares into the now empty "food" cupboard* AHHHHHHHHHHH! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! NYMPHS! NYMPHS! AARON GET THEM OUT!
Me: *is too busy laughing to care* WAHAHAHAHA.

Maybe I shouldn't have laughed so easily. Because after that, zhou decided to hit my ass with this flimsy badminton racket repeatedly. And I threw this old mouldy shirt at her. We both sound so wonderfully mature, don't we.

I realize that my maths is so bad, I don't even know how to do sec 2 maths now. Well actually it's sec 2 GEP maths, but still.

Josiah: *shoves maths worksheet in my face* Tell me how to do question 1b. You should know how to. It's sec 2 maths.
Me: *stares at question 1b, then at the diagram concerned* WHAT?
Josiah: ??
Me: erm..erm. I KNOW TO FIND THE RATIO OF X:Y WE MUST FIRST FIND X! AND to find X, we must...erm...
Josiah: *guffaws loudly*
Me: *shoves worksheet back to josiah and stalks off feeling stupid*

Stupid GEP maths. I know I'm lousy but. ARGH.

Let me now try something which I have never tried before.

HA! I ADDED A PICTURE! IM SO PROUD OF ME.

Oh my. Sorry folks, if the past week wasn't spent mugging for stupid chem which i'm going to flop anyway, or doing stupid assignments which I clearly do not know how to do, or watching tv, or sleeping like a pig, then I guess I'd have been able to blog.

Ms tan was SO SUPER lame today. I wonder what got into her. But lame is good, I guess. She said that our "spring" test has now become and "autumn" or "winter" test. -_- AND she cracked jokes which NOBODY could understand. NOBODY. Let's see if you can:

Ivy: *writes 'no. of moles = molarity X volume' on board*
Ms Tan: NO, I never taught you that number of moles is molarity times volume. If I taught you that you should go look in a MIRROR.

Like, HUH? HUH?!?!?!?! But I guess this Ms Tan is MUCH better than the lab-ms-tan because the lab-ms-tan isn't exactly nice. But I won't write anything else here because I know that it isn't safe. OH did i mention that Linette and I concluded that the flower on Ms Tan's desktop looks POISONOUS? AND we also concluded that Ms Tan's English name was TUNA. This is how it came about:

Maths period. Mr Helmi is collecting $10 from the people whose parents are attending the workshop on parent-child day.

Linette: *pokes tuna bun which somebody bought for her during recess under her table with her pen* HELLO!
Me: o.O Poke it harder and the tuna will ooze out.
Linette: And then it'll go up to Mr Helmi and pay it ten dollars!
Me: *laughing fit* Mr Helmi will go: "TUNA TAN!"
Linette: *laughing fit* HOW DO YOU KNOW ITS TAN? HAHAHAHAA
Me: ALLITERATION. *continues laughing*

I will stop here because I want to play safe. But you can probably imagine what happens next. You just add the real name behind and TADA. No wonder she doesn't call us by our english names.
