Today at SE:
Miss Ku: Alot of people are coming to the concert because they saw you at syf. And they're expecting a good show.
Us: HURHUR.
Miss Ku: So, you either work hard for it, or you tell them not to come.

Miss Ku: If those two pizzicatos don't earn you any encores, then don't be surprised to see a queue of people lining up after the concert demanding for refunds.
Somebody: Oh no.
Somebody: We can't put it in the programme booklet! Its been sent for printing already.
Shumin: CAITLIN! PUT IT IN THE VIDEO! AHAHAHAHAHA! *the high-pitched squealy kind*

Other happenings that will support my concluding statement later:

Esther (in an email): My friends are coming because they've heard so much about you and are actually looking forward to the concert!

Miss Ku: One of the judges are coming for the concert.
Sunny: THEY CAN'T TAKE AWAY OUR HONOURS RIGHT? if not then never mind la.

Miss Ku: I accidentally invited half a reporter to come to the concert.
Taxy (fat lady of verona): You mean an ADULT?
Miss Ku: No, I mean a six year old. "today I went for a concert. Quite nice."

All this and a few more random conversations and I can therefore conclude that:

THE HONOURS HAS FINALLY COME BACK AND BIT US IN THE ASS.

I have decided to calm down.

*takes deep breaths*

Okay. So I woke up this morning at 9+, hoping to contact Linette to ask her if her house was still available for us to do MEP.

Aaron: *punches in the number*
Phone: HAHAHAHA YOU'RE WASTING YOUR TIME DON'T BOTHER.
Aaron: *waits*
Phone: RINGRINGRINGRINGRINGRINGRINGRING (for one minute and thirty-nine seconds)

Aaron: *mumble*
Phone: TOOT TOOT TOOT.

Two things to clarify up till this point:
1) I am not mentally unstable. I didn't actually hear the phone say that. It's what it SHOULD have said if it was blessed with the ability to speak.
2) The phone did NOT scream vulgarities in my ear. It was really the beeping sound.

continued...
Aaron: *roar* Maybe she's still sleeping. Or maybe she's out. I'll call her handphone.
Aaron: *punches in new number*
Phone: WAHAHA STILL NOT LISTENING TO ME?
Phone: RINGRINGRINGRING (this time the rings are shorter)
Aaron: *waits patiently*
Phone: Hmmm. PLEASE LEAVE YOUR MESSAGE AFTER THE TONE.
Aaron: NO NO NO NO. *puts down the phone*

Erm...
1) I didn't really roar. Nor did I yell "NO NO NO NO". It was more like what I would have like to do if this was a world where people could imitate animal calls without being deemed insane.

So this continues. I think I called both numbers about 10 times each. And nothing happens. Until...

Aaron: *punches in house number with ease, having memorized the number by now*
Phone: I'd give up if I were you, you know. You're beginning to seem really desperate.
Aaron: *growl* *mutter*
Linette's dad: Hello?
Aaron: *jumps, obviously not expecting anybody to answer"
Aaron: Erm. May I speak to Linette please?
Linette: Linette hmmm.. Hold on.
*some jostling about* (not me. probably linette's phone)
Linette's Mum: Hello? Who's this speaking?
Aaron: Aaron.
Linette's Mum: I think Linette's still SLEEPING. I don't suppose you're still having a project meeting today right?
Aaron: Erm. I asked Linette about it yesterday but she hasn't really replied me.
Linette's Mum: Oh. Because our computer CRASHED and the hard drive is faulty so I think it'd be difficult for you to have a meeting here. I'll get her to call you anyway.
Aaron: Erm. Thanks.

Moral of the story:
ALWAYS listen to your phones.

EXTREMELY PISSED OFF AND FRUSTRATED NOW.

Project meetings will cause the end of us one day. ALL OF US. I know its my fault that i decided to have a meeting so late and give you such short notice. BUT PEOPLE PLEASE CHECK YOUR INBOXES EVEN IF YOU HATE ME FOR IT. Now 1 person is unavailable, 1 person I haven't heard from at all, 1 person who suddenly stopped replying my messages, 1 person in Thailand and 1 person who agreed to it but probably didn't have to since EVERYTHING'S A MESS NOW.

And on Sunday, that one person is still unavailable, that one person is still in Thailand, which leaves us with FOUR people to shoot a freaking MTV. No guarantee that those four people can even make it. Well I probably can but ROAR GROWL.

I don't know what to do. I need serious help. Next monday to saturday is completely taken up. SO many things left untouched. SO many group meetings. SCREW THEM ALL. I CAN'T BRING MYSELF TO CARE ANYMORE. Crap DHP.

Now I will go to sleep and pretend nothing has happened.

Hi people. Sorry for not updating sooner. It just seems that my days pass almost similarly.

1) Wake up at random time, somewhere around the region of 11am-12pm. *snorts*
2) Watch cartoons. They make me happy for a weird reason. Even though they mostly don't make sense.
3) Surf net and try to find ppl to talk to on msn, only to realize that people out there actually DO have lives. Unlike yours truly.
4) Lunch. (don't ask me why so soon. Look at step 1 again)
5) Stuff face and think at the same time: I WILL do my homework later! Yes I will!
6) Lounges around the house looking for something interesting to do. Usually end up talking to my sisters or reading a book. (unfortunately its NOT Frankenstein nor the weird chinese book which I have yet to learn the title of)
7) End up playing the piano. Which ends up with my being shouted at for making so much noise so I stop.
8) Repeat step 6.
9) Goes to play with Russell. (neighbour's dog) Gets licked, pounced on and becomes magically aromatic.
10) After realizing its close to four, PANICS and thinks again: I WILL DO MY HOMEWORK!
11) Conveniently forgets resolution and ends up on the computer again. (not ON the computer. You know what I mean.)
12) Before I know it, its tv/dinner time!
13) Bathe and watch more tv and more of step 6.
14) My day ends with me thinking: AHH i'll do my homework tomorrow.

And this repeats. and repeats. and repeats.

Hi everybody. I haven't updated in a long time so I shall.

Turns out that MEP camp wasn't too bad on the second day but was darn boring on the first. I actually fell asleep during a group discussion about our item.

To add to that, a certain somebody was certainly irritating throughout the two days and I'm quite sure Yun Shan and You Bao agree.

After going through one whole week of waking up early, it's time to SLEEP. ZzZzZzZz. Like real. Week two and three are taken up by:

1) The 6 projects
2) Individual assignmentsssss
3) Chamber practice
4) Class chalet! (not that i mind this)
5) Complaining
6) Practising all concert items, trying to make myself sound much less horrid
7) Clearing my room of all crap and junk
8) Read Frankenstein. Ever since my book disappeared I seem to have forgotten about it.
9) Read weird chinese book. Which I'm sure I won't understand

Hmmm. I doubt two weeks is enough for all this. It's probably only enough to do No.5.

Had SE today, was quite okay. And when we got there, the air-con was already on for us! Thanks to Ms Adeline Zhong the video-editing teacher. Not like the previous day when the AV reps were up in the control room trying to find a switch of some kind that can on the air-con after getting barked at by hot, (literal meaning) grumpy and sweaty people.

Am quite afraid of chamber. Can't seem to be in tune. Was absolutely horrified when practising with sunny and kar mun.

Ms Ku: Okay, let's try from the beginning.
Us: *plays rather unsteadily*
Ms Ku: Hey sunny! This is your solo! More!
Sunny: *attempts to play louder*
Ms Ku: Hey AARON! This is YOUR solo! Louder!
Aaron: *struggles but fails*
Ms Ku: HEY KARMUN! YOUR PULSE IS UNSTEADY!
Karmun: *flusters*

To add to that, I was OUT OF TUNE. Thankfully taxy wasn't there to throw a tuner at me or something.

Had saint-saens today for the first time. Shirong was so pro I couldn't help but stare at her fingers wondering how they can move so fast. They like, ZOOM across the fingerboard. IN TUNE. If I ever tried anything like that it'd sound like one of Josie's glissandos.

Saint-Saens

Liying and Shumin: *bursts into the MPR* LIU LAO SHI WANTS THE SCHOOL CHOP ON ALL OUR PROGRAMME BOOKLETS.

Shumin: Duno.

Liying and Shumin: *bursts into the MPR* LIU LAO SHI WANTS THE PRINCIPAL'S PHOTO ON ALL OUR PROGRAMME BOOKELTS.
Us: Eeeee WHY??
Somebody: Duno.
Liying: Do we have to write about Shirong?
Ms Ku: I know! Shirong is a mean girl who likes to throw notes at other people. And she likes to terrorize the oldest of all the people in here.

Halfway through practice...
*MPR door opens and somebody called miss yang walks in*
Everybody: *hushed* who's that? i duno who's that?
*continues playing*

At the end of practice..
Ms Ku: She's an examiner from the ABRSM.
Everybody: Woah.
Suhui or somebody: We should make FRIENDS WITH HER.
ME: *louder* YES WE SHOULD THEN IF WE MEET HER THEN SHE WILL LIKE...
Ms Ku: Give you zero.

That reminds me of something that made me laugh. HARD.

Elizabeth: MY SWEAT IS ACIDIC OKAY. MY STRINGS ALWAYS PEEL.
Everybody: HURHURHURHUR.
Elizabeth: REALLY! I LIKE, MELT HELICORES.
Ms Ku: And you can hear the sizzle and see the smoke whenever she plays.

I'm tired. Aren't I always?
